After Sales Service Is Everything

It's a fact of life that things don't always go to plan but for me, it's how a company addresses an issue that counts. I recently contacted Elemis via their online form regarding the non-delivery of an order which Royal Mail said had been delivered. I received a response from Rebecca Kingston at Elemis soon after raising my ticket and within a week, I have received a replacement and been kept up to date every step of the way by Rebecca. If I could give the Elemis Customer Care team a 10 star rating, I would! Thank you so much Rebecca, you were great!!
