Very helpful customer service. Rebecca super professional, gave me a quick straight answer to all my questions.

It's a fact of life that things don't always go to plan but for me, it's how a company addresses an issue that counts. I recently contacted Elemis via their online form regarding the non-delivery of an order which Royal Mail said had been delivered. I received a response from Rebecca Kingston at Elemis soon after raising my ticket and within a week, I have received a replacement and been kept up to date every step of the way by Rebecca. If I could give the Elemis Customer Care team a 10 star rating, I would! Thank you so much Rebecca, you were great!!

I did my purchase about 3 weeks ago and I got more things than I actually needed by mistake. I contacted customer service and Kanisha was brilliant to me, very supportive and professional. During COVID Lockdown I’ve really wanted a facial or Spa Treatment. The consultation with Nikita was so good that I could almost smell the products through my computer. Nikita explained the products I needed and sent me a list so that I can go online and purchase. Great job Nikita, I felt for a few minutes I was at a spa. Thank you.

I love Elemis - you are my absolute favourite brand. Your products are effective & your customer service is second to none (particular shout out to Rosie - super helpful).I have just learned that following the acquisition by L'Occitane, Elemis products are now sold in China, meaning that by law, they are tested on animals.I am so disappointed & regret that you have lost my custom.
